1/ Financial Business Partnership

Claim-back Tracking:

  • Monitor and analyze various claim backs, including promotions, vouchers, free shipping, paid ads, affiliate marketing, etc.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of all claims to maximize financial returns.

Trading Term Income:

  • Oversee trading term income analysis, focusing on front and back margins, commissions, marketing commissions, and incentives.
  • Develop strategies to optimize income streams and identify opportunities for improvement.

 

2/ Support for Commercial & Planning Teams

Reporting:

  • Generate and distribute daily sales and inventory reports, ensuring stakeholders have access to real-time data.
  • Create detailed inventory health reports for both planning and operations teams, highlighting key metrics and trends.

Data Analysis:

  • Provide robust analytical support for trading term negotiations, using BI tools to extract actionable insights.
  • Assist in monthly budget planning and financial controlling, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Financial Performance Tracking:

  • Prepare comprehensive P&L reports segmented by brand and eCommerce platform, providing insights into profitability.
  • Reconcile COGS and track revenue streams by platform, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
  • Monitor and record penalties imposed by each platform, analyzing root causes and recommending corrective actions.

3/ Business Intelligence (BI) Expertise

Data Visualization:

  • Utilize BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create dashboards and visual reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Train team members on on understanding analytics and fostering a culture of data literacy within the organization

Performance Metrics:

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to eCommerce operations and financial performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or any related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in eCommerce finance, business partnership, or BI roles.
  • Proven experience in utilizing BI tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on financial metrics.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and BI software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and financial metrics critical to business growth.
