Mô tả công việc
Associate Product Operations Executive works mainly with operations team and other stakeholders such as BD, Legal, HR,,... to:
- Manage the recruitment process and ensure human efficiency;
- Deeply understand the advertising policy and system rules to monitor the stability of the operations;
- Centralize all the input from different teams to optimize operations management processes;
- Integrate usability studies, research and analysis into advertising laws to propose necessary policy changes;
- Do administrative work related to team management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related major;
- Fresh graduate or less than 1 year experience;
- Strong time management and communication skills;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines;
- Good command of computing skills;
- Being careful, detail-oriented, proactive and cooperative;
- Having experience in ads operations is a plus
