- Be part of the local and regional teams led by experienced eCommerce management with over 15 years' experience in eCommerce and retailing.
- Coordinating ADA in-house functions to optimize e-store operations including Content, Assortment, Ratings & Reviews, Search, Pricing, Live chat, Customer Service and Livestreaming
- Responsible for managing all the resources of the organization in the country including training and developing training programs.
- Managing relationships with both external and internal stakeholders of various levels from C-suites to working team across regional teams, brands, e-commerce platforms and vendors
- Develops strategic and operational plan with respect to proceeding of business engagements, plan execution, and personnel management for optimum target utilization and country profitability.
- Demonstrating an innovative leadership strategy for accomplishment of business goals set by the organization, stakeholders and corporate clients.
- Communicating and optimizing brand health metrics and executing improvement plan whilst developing and delivering regular business reviews to brands and e-commerce marketplace
- Overall accounts management which includes basic accounting, accounts growth, accounts profitability, and developing strategies for successful target completion

- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in related field
- 8 years or more working experience in Commercial, FMCG, Client Engagement, eCommerce, related industry
- Proven strategic experience of senior client & stakeholder management, both internally and externally, preferably working across several clients or brands
- Strong business acumen with a real enthusiasm for E-commerce
- Excellent written and oral skills needed (both English & local language), and ability to work in complex sales environment utilizing resources across multiple organizations.
- Strong track record in external project and relationship management
- Experience engaging internal and external stakeholders especially C-suites
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective management of communication and administrative activities through the delivery of high quality and informative content on any requested report or any deal specific updates
