What Will You Do?
- Be the focal point of contact between the client servicing & creative team
- Collaborate with art directors to drive meetings internally and cross-functionally by creating agendas, project plans and follow up on action items, ensuring that such meetings are structured and that the purpose and objectives are clear.
- Communicate project status clearly and frequently with stakeholders and project team, as well as with external vendors
- Facilitate internal creative reviews, serving as the single point of contact for feedback and coordination for the team, as well as driving conflicts to optimal resolution
- Identify dependencies, bottlenecks, issues and mitigate risk throughout the project lifecycle; adjust plans based on the changing needs of the business and load-balance schedules and resources accordingly.
- Ensure that projects are launched on time and within scope and budget; manage deliverables internally, cross-functionally and with external partners
- Develop detailed, clear and realistic project plans, estimates and schedule. Document project requirements. Identify and coordinate team resource requirements and deliverables
- Develop and manage content strategies across all relevant social media and digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok & etc.

- Designer background is an advantage.
