Besides its messaging function, Zalo has also boasted many other features, catering to different users' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & promote the on-brand image to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels;
  • Performance marketing: Be in charge of driving the new accounts for DXL Products via the excellent Media plan across the channels, focusing on Digital;
  • Manage paid media channels and optimize paid media campaigns to acquire new leads;
  • Collaborate with Business Development team to push performance for current accounts; and be in charge of the development and maintenance of potential clients;
  • Create and deliver effective B2B2C marketing campaigns, coordinate company-wide events to the end of driving client's awareness and preference, and increase market share for DXL's products;
  • Set up and deliver KPI for every marketing activity;
  • Manage online campaigns, including email marketing and social media, and look for new ways to increase our clients' online followings;
  • Regularly update content with SEO in mind and participate in content production: news articles, videos for media channels, and performance evaluation;
  • Prepare brand presentations for events, and workshops;
  • Track and report on marketing performance;

Yêu cầu công việc

Key requirements:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in a relevant role, such as Digital Marketing/ Product Marketing/ Project Management;
  • Working experience in digital media/ tech platforms, and/or digital agencies;
  • Have a data mindset and good logical thinking;
  • Well-organized and dedicated follow-up;
  • Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights;
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
  • Careful, meticulous and responsible;
  • Creativity, design, and/or visual-storytelling skills will be a huge bonus;
  • Being proactive, open-minded, and can-do is a must.
