As Social Media & Content Lead, you will lead and execute the social media & content strategy for existing and prospective clients.
- Proficient in content marketing theory and application
- Deep consumer and influencer understanding to translate consumer and relevant category insights into clear communication strategies across different social platforms
- Own the development of a strategic social media marketing plan and its associated budget across campaigns and channels.
- Lead all social media deliverables which includes content planning & development, execution, content optimization, community management, reporting, insights and recommendations
- Work closely with the media planning and creative team to develop best in class social content and engagement and being sure to integrate with company’s overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
- Build and execute innovation on social platforms for our clients and solve their marketing problems
- Build, lead and manage a team of talented professionals
- Collaborate with the team on new business pitches
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media listening tools like SocialBakers, Talkwalker, etc
- Be the focal point of communication with the assigned clients; ensuring that client is up to date on all developments & provide strategic input to client’s overall business goals
- Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.

- 8-10 years of work experience in social media marketing and creative development.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. (ENG & BM)
- Proficiency in all mainstream social media channels (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) and consumer behaviour and how each platform can be on social media platforms
- Experience in leading a team / social media department
- Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary. (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).
- Excellent project management skills; management and organizational in liaising with various stakeholders
- Be a trend spotter and proactive thinker
- Creative thinker and solution capabilities – think ideas first
- Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
