Mô tả công việc

● Handling and managing client requests from incoming calls/ live chat/ email/ social network related to company products & services

● Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

● Creating and resolving tickets in an excellent time manner

● High level of responsibility at work and able to work in a high working pressure environment

● Deliver client care programs as planned (recall, promotion/ loyalty programs,...)

● Available working in shifts

● Translation

● Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus

● Actively participate in training courses and annual activities of the company

● Perform other tasks as directed by the manager

 

Yêu cầu công việc

● Fluent in English communication (good at 4 skills)

● Good looking is an advantage

● College/ University graduate

● Candidates with experience in finance industry is preferred
