- Debt Collection:
- Contact customers who have overdue payments through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Use persuasive and tactful techniques to encourage customers to make payments.
- Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach while dealing with customers in debt.
- Payment Negotiation:
- Analyze customers' financial situations and propose suitable payment plans or alternatives when necessary.
- Negotiate with customers to agree on payment schedules that are acceptable to both parties.
- Document all communication and agreements with customers for record-keeping purposes.
- Dispute Resolution:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to billing and outstanding dues.
- Investigate and resolve any disputes or discrepancies in payments.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Collections Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Generate regular reports on collection efforts, delinquency rates, and progress toward targets.
- Provide timely updates to the management on outstanding debts and collection performance.

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
- Ethical conduct and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
