  • Debt Collection:
  • Contact customers who have overdue payments through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Use persuasive and tactful techniques to encourage customers to make payments.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach while dealing with customers in debt.
  • Payment Negotiation:
  • Analyze customers' financial situations and propose suitable payment plans or alternatives when necessary.
  • Negotiate with customers to agree on payment schedules that are acceptable to both parties.
  • Document all communication and agreements with customers for record-keeping purposes.
  • Dispute Resolution:
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns related to billing and outstanding dues.
  • Investigate and resolve any disputes or discrepancies in payments.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Collections Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities and customer interactions.
  • Generate regular reports on collection efforts, delinquency rates, and progress toward targets.
  • Provide timely updates to the management on outstanding debts and collection performance.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
  • Ethical conduct and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
