- Develop and execute the E-commerce business development strategy for ADA-ASIA.com
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Lead negotiations and close deals
- Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Associates and Senior Associates
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth and successful implementation of new initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
- Achieve or exceed annual business development targets
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the E-commerce industry
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing business opportunities
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of E-commerce industry trends and competitive landscape.
