MISSIONS:
- Client Service & Team Management:
- Play the lead role in scaling a marketing/advertising partnership with Clients.
- Sales, ensuring to expand the company’s revenue.
- Work closely with current clients and maintain the good relationship with them.
- Handle efficiently and effectively clients’ inquiries to ensure clients’ satisfication with company’s services.
- New Clients Searching: proactively search for new clients.
- Develop strong client relationships through in-person meetings, sales presentations in the market.
- Prepare a precise quotation. Proposal for clients and keep track.
- Accurately forecast revenue and report – weekly, monthly and annually.
- Contribute to any efforts, thoughts or actions used to boost overall development.
- Develop and implement best practices for partner and client interaction, support sales and services.
- Provide leadership and direction to Sales team, recognize opportunities for new approaches in order to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Encouraging and enforcing positive forces, leadership skills and above-average job performance within the department.
- Product Management:
- Brainstorm, identify, and implement advertising solutions on company’s products to deliver measurable results for clients.
- Analyze data and glean insights to execute the advertising solutions for clients.
- Cross Collaborate with internal/ external teams and implement workflow.
- Coordinate internal / external such as Content Develop Team, Digital Team, PR Team, Production Team, Finances & Admin Team etc to monitoring the ensure the product’s quality.
Yêu cầu công việc
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, digital media field.
- 3-5 years of experience in advertising sales, ideally having relationship with brands and agencies.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics.
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Vietnamese communication skills.
- Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights.
- Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do mindset.
- Comfortable with business travel domestically and internationally.
- Fluent in English as it relates to the advertising field.
