Mô tả công việc

1. Develop the company's inventory management & control mechanism & drive compliance

2. Process all transactions & prepare reports related to inventory movement, stock counting, variance analysis & adjustments approval, include creation & maintenance of product codes / master data for in-house system

3. Coordinate regular stock count & ensure all relevant audit request is adhered to

4. Monitor trade return & high inventory - promotional & aging stocks, flag issue for Commercial team & follow up on clearance plan.

5. Identify mistakes / inaccuracies / discrepancies and drive improvement initiatives through work process & systems 6. Inventory reconciliation between in-house system, customer's systems & physical by clearly accounting for various stages of operations (pending disposition, repacking activity, transfers, damage, returns/ expired, etc.)

6. Monitor & track warehouse & distribution charges / cost and ensure actual billing is per agreed / signed off rate card

7. Ensure all relevant service / cross charges to Customers / Suppliers are raised & claimed back effectively

8. Preparation & submission of inventory reports, claims report, customers service report

9. Support any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

10. Keep track on short & over delivery from suppliers.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Preferably Degree (minimally Diploma) in Inventory & Procurement Planning, Supply Chain Management or equivalent

2. Minimally 1-2 years of assuming Inventory control role in any industry with strong command in supply chain operation. Experience in FMCG industry will be an added advantage.

3. High competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Project Management.

4. Preferably has some exposure / experience in managing Suppliers / 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) Partners / Transporter
