Lead Generation & Hunting (50%)
● Identify and qualify new leads through networking, social selling, and industry research.
● Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and emerging sectors to identify "white space" opportunities.
● Represent the agency at industry events, seminars, and networking functions to build a robust pipeline.
Pitching & Proposal Development (30%)
● Work closely with the Strategy and Creative teams to develop tailor-made proposals that solve specific client pain points.
● Lead or support the presentation of pitches to potential clients, ensuring a high conversion rate.
● Manage initial commercial discussions, scope of work (SOW) definitions, and contract negotiations.
Strategic Growth & Branding (20%)
● Collaborate with the internal team to enhance the agency’s credentials, case studies, and marketing collateral.
● Ensure a smooth hand-off of newly won accounts to the Account Management team to maintain service continuity.
● Track and report on sales KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to the leadership team.
Yêu cầu công việc
● 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the Agency landscape (IMC, Digital, PR, or Branding).
● Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and winning high-value accounts.
● Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives.
● A "hunter" mentality—highly self-motivated, resilient, and proactive.
● Ability to understand a client's business model quickly and suggest relevant marketing solutions.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
