Account Management & Strategic Leadership (80%)
● Lead the development of long-term IMC/Marketing strategies. Ensure all campaigns align with client business objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
● Act as a high-level consultant and trusted partner for C-suite executives and Marketing Managers.
● Oversee the internal Account team to ensure project outputs meet the highest agency standards and are delivered on time.
● Manage the P&L for assigned accounts. Focus on maintaining steady revenue streams and optimizing account profitability.
● Serve as the final point of escalation for critical project issues or client-agency conflicts, ensuring swift and professional resolution.
Business Development (20%)
● Identify organic growth opportunities within the existing portfolio through upselling and cross-selling agency services.
● Lead high-stakes pitching efforts for new business. Collaborate with Creative and
● Strategy departments to craft winning proposals.
● Leverage industry connections to generate high-quality leads and enhance the agency’s reputation in the market.
● Engage in early-stage sales discussions to scope projects and tailor solutions to the specific needs of potential partners.
Yêu cầu công việc
● 5–7 years of experience in an Agency environment (IMC, Digital, or Branding), with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Account Director or Account Manager).
● Strong ability to connect brand vision with market trends and consumer insights.
● Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills in both English and Vietnamese.
● Proven track record of mentoring teams, fostering a positive culture, and managing talent development.
● Ability to thrive under pressure, managing multiple high-priority projects and sales targets simultaneously.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
