- Conduct daily reviews of customer order fulfillment, supplier delivery statuses, and inventory levels categorized by SKU and brand.
- Collaborate with the Commercial, Supplier, and Operations teams through productive discussions, phone calls, and email correspondence.
- Manage daily operations tasks and prioritize them effectively.
- Handle supplier orders efficiently.
- Diligently follow up on any arising issues.
- Contribute to the development of commercial campaign plans.
- Provide support for additional tasks delegated by your Line Manager
