The Commercial Associate will assist the Commercial Manager in managing store operations on Lazada, Shopee, other local E-commerce marketplaces as well as other ecommerce channels such as brand.com and social channels. This will include optimizing product listings, managing pricing and promotions, updating store design and layouts and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth. The Commercial Associate will also be responsible for providing support to the Commercial Manager in the day-to-day operations of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with managing store operations on E-commerce marketplaces, brand.com and/ or social channels

2. Optimize product listings and manage pricing and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth

3. Uploading, changing & maintenance of shop (Banner, Images, Contents, Product Detail Page)

4. Key contact point for all escalation, issues arising with platform and operations

5. Facilitate all campaign set-up, promotion tools and maximizing utilization of seller tools within platforms

6. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth

7. Provide support to the Commercial Manager in the day-to-day operations of the team.

1. Bachelor degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 

2. From 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce or related field 

3. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

5. Strong organizational and project management skills 

6. Familiarity with E-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and other local marketplaces is a plus.
