- Commercial Management : Assist in daily routines of managing the store activities, executing sales and strategies to increase conversion rates and maximize revenue. Analyze e-commerce data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Operations: Gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics .
- Customer Service: Provide support to our customer service team by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Marketing : Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive traffic
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or retail is a plus but not required . Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Passion for E-commerce and a desire to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
